As a certified functional medicine health coach, nationally board-certified professional, and a certified Dietary Supplement Specialist (DSS), I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and partnering with women to navigate their health journeys.Married for 31 years to my wonderful husband, Bob, we're proud parents to two incredible adults, Rachel and Aaron, and our beloved dog Kuna. Family holds a special place in my heart, providing a constant source of joy and inspiration.
