I live in sunny south FL with my husband and our two beautiful children. I enjoy being outdoors doing anything in nature. I love Jesus, basketball, dolphins, rustic decor, photography, chick flicks, and anything that is tiffany blue. I am obsessed with living a healthy, non toxic lifestyle and helping others do the same. I was diagnosed with stage IV kidney cancer at 10 years old. From that time on, I spent the next 20 years of my life suffering with multiple health issues linked mostly to the chemo and radiation I received. A diagnosis of Hashimoto's is what finally pushed me over the edge. I realized western medicine was failing me and I took matters in to my own hands. After making major diet and lifestyle changes, I was able to put my Hashimoto's into remission, come off all my medications and I got pregnant six months later after struggling with infertility for four years. I have done nothing but heal my body and continue to improve my health since then. I research constantly and never stop learning. Due to my own healing journey, my heart and passion is now to help others do what I was able to do. I have been working as a nurse since 2009 so I bring medical knowledge to the table as well. My goal is to help people to break away from the pharmaceutical companies and western medical system and empower them to take control of their own health. I love helping people learn how to prevent disease or how to manage what ailments they do have with a whole foods diet and non toxic lifestyle. My areas of expertise are gut health, children's health, detoxifying your home, nutrition, Hashimoto's, and life after cancer. I give 110% to each of my clients and if you're willing to meet me halfway, I will do whatever it takes to help you accomplish your health goals.
