Born in Boulder, I now live in Colorado Springs with my rescue pup, Dell. I am an avid mountain biker, dog lover, white water rafter, skier, hiker and I am happiest outdoors.I was a national-level collegiate swimmer and before transitioning into my own practice, I taught math in Title 1 schools for nine years. My faith in Jesus is deep and rich. I incorporate faith into coaching where appropriate but many of my clients are on their own journeys and I respect that fully.Joy is my normal, I laugh easily and my favorite food is absolutely dark chocolate.I am so looking forward to meeting you and partnering with you on your journey to a fully nourished life-mind, body, soul and spirit.
