With decades of mindfulness, meditation, and business experience, I trained as a Buddhist nun in the Tibetan tradition and am currently a leadership program designer and facilitator. I create and facilitate progressive leadership programs and training, authentic mindfulness and meditation programs online and onsite for corporations, nonprofits, and small businesses, and a certified trainer and facilitator of the Search Inside Yourself program, an emotional intelligence and leadership program born at Google.I have an executive wellness coaching practice and am a former outdoor adventure guide.
