Lexi's passion for understandingwhypeople develop chronic conditions drove her beyond conventional medicine to study Functional Medicine. She became interested in chronic illness after she and her husband got sick almost every month in 2022 through 2024. She later understood this was due tochronic illness from mold exposure, chronic tick-borne infections, Epstein Barr Virus, and a lifetime of emotional repression.Lexi loves attending professional conferences on topics such as Healing Childhood Abuse/Trauma, Lyme's Disease and Co-Infections, Mycotoxin/Mold Illness, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Autoimmune Disease Reversal, and tending to grief through self-regulation.She holds a Certification in Functional Medicine Health Coaching granted by the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc. in collaboration with the Institute of Functional Medicine and a Bachelor's in Education and Counseling in Education. She continues to add more as she loves learning!She lives in Costa Mesa, California with her husband and their many, faux plants. She enjoys hiking, dancing, reading and traveling!
