My previous career in traditional medicine combined with a constant desire to help individuals create positive lasting change in their health led me to health coaching. My role as your health coach will be to support your health journey and goals with empowerment, encouragement, education. I want to help lead you to inspired confidence and courage from within so your positive health journey will continue for years to come. And if you are working with a healthcare provider, I will be able to support the implementation of that professional's treatment plan through the lens of functional medicine and health coaching.
