My name is Alexis Andrews,I am a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coachand the owner of Mindful Balance Coaching. Before obtaining my Coaching Certification, I started my professional career in Real Estate Sales working for two of Los Angeles’ Top Real Estate Teams. As a lead agent, who prioritized my personal growth and development, I rose through the ranks quickly.  In five short years, I became the Director of Coaching and Training forone of theWall Street Journal Top Ranked Teams in the Nation. Through that experience, I learned the importance of teamwork and collaboration, as well as the meaningful impact of each individuals’ unique gifts. It was through my own coaching and training journey as an agent and in my director role that my love for coaching started to grow and evolve. I knew I had a passion for helping others make significant changes in their lives to reach their full potential and I knew it didn’t have to be a struggle. As a wife, mother, daughter, friend, and business owner, I realize the “work, health, life” balance isn’t easy but it is achievable. My work centers around helping others find what works for them based on what is most important to them in a supportive environment that is safe and judgment-free.
