I love walking with people on their health journey towards a more vibrant and radiant life.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I'm fascinated with nutrition, a researcher, nature lover and encourager. I am also a mom to a special needs child and have a journey of my own which has given me the desire to help all caregivers, whether a parent, doctor, nurse, teacher or anyone who finds themselves serving and caring for others get into a place of resiliency and radiant living.I believe everyone can live a healthier, more joyful life one step at a time.
