My passion is empowering women at all stages of life to restore their bodily and emotional confidence and help them reconnect to their own innate wisdom.I have 20+ years of experience in the wellness industry with extensive expertise in the mind-body practices of yoga and mindfulness and one-on-one health coaching eliciting transformation.
