I am a Health and Wellness long-life student.With a background of Business Administration/Accounting and retired after 17 years of owning and managing my 9-10 employee’s small business. In 2017 sold it,  thinking it was time for me retire and to follow my favorite path.On 2020 I went back to school and enrolled in Functional Medicine Health Coaching. I have always been interested in nutrition, and finally will get to follow my dreamed path towards health.On February 2021, got a Certified Health Coach Diploma from FMHCA and after almost two years with family health issues, caused by the COVID-19. In November 2022 Graduated also from Coaches Journey of Intrinsic Health.From Fall 2022 to date, got Certificates from TAO International School, on Tai Chi & Qi Gong Therapeutic Instructor, Levels I and II, currently continuing with the studies for the following levels.On my health coaching practice, I acknowledge my client as a human being that is WHOLE, full of character strengths possibilities.
