I'm so glad you found me here at Heim Chiropractic! I'm a very inquisitive person, so please be prepared to answer a lot of questions during your appointment. The better I understand the circumstances or the mechanism of your injury, the better I am at helping you recover. I use several different adjusting techniques during a treatment session, as well as muscle work and manual traction. I am trained in various methods of energy work and employ them as needed. You're welcome to see me at either my Columbia Heights or Saint Paul clinic location.

While my specialty is treating injuries from trauma (car accidents, work injuries, falls), I do also really enjoy working with people who have headaches, knee pain, shoulder pain, or those aches and pains that may come from living an active life. If possible, I will treat you during your first appointment.

Injury recovery is a group effort here. I am honored to be part of your healthcare team. I strongly believe in combined care with your primary Medical Doctor. If, in the course of your care, you need a referral to another practitioner, I have a fairly extensive list available.
