Stephanie’s journey is deeply personal. Her own battle with autoimmunity and gut issues, coupled with years of misdiagnoses and being told it was all in her head, fueled her determination to find answers. Through the support of incredible healthcare providers and a journey of self-discovery, she uncovered the transformative power of food and lifestyle choices. Her revelations were too powerful to keep to herself. Driven by a desire to spare others from years of pain and frustration, Stephanie founded Nutrition for Autoimmunity with a singular focus: to champion those facing autoimmunity. She is here to ensure that no one else has to navigate their health journey alone. As a proud mom of twins and a resident of the peaceful Lake Oswego, OR, Stephanie has found her balance and is eager to help you find yours. Together, you will explore a variety of nutritional paths, from the AIP and Paleo diets to SCD and low-histamine options, all tailored to nurture your body back to health. Stephanie earned the AIP Certified Coach Practitioner certificate, completed her internship at Elevate Health, clinical rotation at NUNM, and then opened her own practice, Nutrition for Autoimmunity. She graduated from Portland State University and earned a master’s degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine. This academic journey was more than a pursuit of knowledge—it was a quest to understand the intricate relationship between our bodies, the food we consume, and the life we lead. Unlike other nutritionists, my practice is deeply rooted in the latest immunology research, personal experience, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of my patients. I am an AIP-certified coach practitioner and a proud course facilitator at the University of Western State, where I constantly immerse myself in the latest autoimmune disease treatments and research. My personal and familial experiences with autoimmune diseases have instilled in me a profound empathy and drive to ensure no one has to endure the pain and frustration I went through years ago.
