Sierra Thompson Nordquist

Hello! My name is Sierra T. Nordquist, and I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Herbalist, Eating Psychology Coach, and AIP Coach. I own and operate my private practice, Root Revival LLC, through which I provide individual and group nourishment counseling and self-nourishment programs. I also specialize in eating disorder nutritional therapy and provide ED-specialized nourishment counseling at a local mental health and eating disorders clinic in Eugene, OR.  I am a self-proclaimed holistic health nerd and education enthusiast who loves to help others discover true nourishment for themselves. I came into this work because of my personal journey with health, food and body challenges. I grew up with many chronic health issues including ongoing digestive distress eating and anxiety that led to a disordered relationship with food and eating. This in addition to undiagnosed food sensitivities led me to develop autoimmunity in the form of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. These challenges are what ultimately drew me to pursue a career in nutritional therapy and eating psychology because it was through these methods and getting in-tune with what my body and being were asking for, that I was able to work through and heal my chronic health challenges as well as my relationships with my health, food and body. I now have a passion for helping others to journey through and grow their own health, food, and body relationships. In my work I help guide you to embrace, elevate and empower your inner wisdom using intuitive nourishment, herbal nutrition and holistic self-care practices so you can learn how to release the stigmas of diet culture and intuitively know how to nourish yourself in a way that best supports your unique bioindividuality and challenges with confidence and clarity.  Autoimmunity can feel like a complex and difficult challenge to face, but I'm here to tell you that you don't have to go it alone.
