My path to becoming a BCND along with certifications in nutrition holistic health and even a biblical approach was based on my own need to fix me. Doctors were no help accept to do surgeries and prescribe medication which didn't work for me long term. At the age of 37 living with extreme pain and bleeding constantly from diagnosed autoimmune Endometriosis along with Hypothyroid I ended up with a full hysterectomy. It wasn't till the day after surgery when my doctor came to tell me what I just went through losing all of my insides may still not work to ease the symptoms accept of coarse the constant bleeding is when I began to think there had to be a better way to live. The reality was, not only could I not have any more kids, I was forced into complete menopause which came with its own challenges. So I started down this natural health road. With all my certifications I learned more and more. It wasn't until I learned about the Autoimmune Protocol approach that I saw fast improvement in my own body. There was still the mind set I had to deal with and was what I saw with my clients as I focused most of my work as a 1 on 1 coach to healing. Coaching still had its challenges. Changing every aspect of your life is very complicated and challenging at best. So I went a step further adding a certification as a Biblical coach. For someone to be holistically healthy, mind, body, and spirit considerations are in play.  Even with all the coaching techniques that have been and will be developed by very well-trained coaches, clients do not respond to techniques, they respond to the relationship. The relationship between coach and client is as integral to client progress as the coach's training and the models and methods they use. Biblical coaching goes a step further pointing out God has an intention for us and it's God that will lead you to your given purpose to be, stay, healthy happy living a glorious life through ease and gratification. With this last certification, I finally had success in taking my body to a healthy state. Which is what I now offer all my clients as well.
