It was my journey with Ulcerative Colitis that led me to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Autoimmune Protocol coach. I felt alone and lost when I was diagnosed in 2010. I tried different medications, which ultimately stopped working. It was years later that I learned how important food and lifestyle habits are to a healthy immune system.  Through the trained methodology of health coaching, I work with you to develop lasting behavior changes to help you reach your goals. I am here as your support and guide to health from the root up!
