Hello! I'm a Licensed Acupuncturist, East Asian Medicine Dietary Specialist and I help coach people through the framework of East Asian Medicine. I support my patients with a holistic approach by taking into account all aspects of their life and how it relates to their health journey. I help them feel empowered and be able to advocate for themselves and what they need. I came into healing work as a patient first, and along with my own autoimmune journey managing Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Psoriasis, and Psoriatic Arthritis, I understand the difficulties with navigating the health system, and the emotional, mental, and physical struggles involved. My practice’s focus is primarily in autoimmune care, and am also a strong supporter for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other underserved communities. Online telemedicine appointments are available for one-time diet consultation readings. Also, I have long program offerings for 4 and 6 month commitments or for specific cases, customized treatment plans that focus on coaching people through autoimmune and chronic illness (i.e. lifestyle changes, support systems, etc.).  These are for California residents only.
