I can also help you navigate the treatment protocol prescribed by your healthcare provider & assist you in determining how to make it work in your life. I’ve always been fascinated by the human body & I love helping others. . .that’s what led me to become a Registered Nurse. When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, which I feel is poorly managed in the conventional medicine system, I took my health into my own hands. My research led me to the world of functional medicine, which profoundly resonated with me. I overhauled my diet & lifestyle. . .& have been thriving in my life with a new sense of purpose. I left the high-stress world of bedside nursing to walk side-by-side with women who wish to blaze their own trail to optimal health with a focus on boosting resiliency & promoting longevity while maintaining quality of life & aging gracefully.  Let’s get proactive with your health!
