I am passionate about helping individuals attain their optimal life, health, and wellness goals and lead an abundant life. My own journey to this point has been filled with challenges. As someone who has experienced autoimmune and auto-inflammatory disorders, including Hidradenitis Suppurativa, Rheumatoid Arthritis, food sensitivities, and having a child with severe food allergies, I understand the difficulties of living with chronic illness. I have undergone numerous hospitalizations, surgeries, and other health problems and was forced to medically retire from my 20-year federal employment at the age of 41 However, I refused to let my struggles defeat me. I used my pain as motivation to transform my mental, physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing. I followed my passion and became a Holistic Life, Wellness, and Health Coach. With 20 years of federal employment, 15 years of which were spent in various Human Resources Management roles, as well as my professional experience and certifications as a Certified Quantum Essentials Coach, Certified Life and Wellness Coach, Certified Holistic Career Coach, Womb Wellness Practitioner, Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach and Herbalist (in training), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development, I am equipped to support clients on their personal and professional wellness journeys, including those dealing with autoimmune, auto-inflammatory diseases, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, food allergies and sensitivities and striving for personal health growth.
