About
My approach to health and well being is to treat the whole person and not just the symptom. This philosophy of treatment goes back thousands of years in Eastern Medicine. The goal to overall health and well being is to balance our stressful professional careers, our personal lives and our body's basic and essential nutritional requirements, all of which can be difficult to manage. Studies have shown that long term stress can alter the intricate homeostasis of the brain's chemical and hormonal output, affecting every aspect of our body, from the function of internal organs to our bone structure to our connective tissue.
Women's issues, including painful periods, menopause, and other gynecological issues. Chronic pain, especially joint and muscle pain, arthritis, as well as headaches . Fatigue, including chronic fatigue syndrome. Most chronic conditions such as allergies, asthma, and more respond extremely well to acupuncture. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs effectively treat all of these conditions without side effects.
