Shahrzad Taavoni

Shahrzad Taavoni, L.Ac, Dipl OM, MACHM, B.S. trained and excelled in the one of the most rigorous Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal programs in the country. She received her dual Masters degree in California which has the highest standards for education and examination in the country. She completed her 4 years Masters degree from Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles, California in 2006. She is a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine NCCAOM. She has received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from UMCP.

Mrs. Taavoni has been practicing Acupuncture for over a decade and comes from thirteen generations of medical doctors and practitioners. She has had extensive training in qi cultivation including Tai Qi, Qi Gong, Pranic Healing and Reiki.

She is passionate about inspiring others to live more fully by helping them achieve optimal holistic health.
