I graduated from the respected PCOM in San Diego and have a clinical specialty in gynecology and infertility from Nanjing University in China. Since graduation, I was the sports acupuncturist for Cirque du Soleil, La Nouba and the Orlando Predators. I have helped people recover from injuries, chronic pain and also corrected irregular menstrual cycles and helped women struggling with various fertility issues to conceive. Acupuncture increases microcirculation, improves heart rate variability, vagal tone and reduces the stress response by calming the nervous system.

Anyone can benefit from the effects of acupuncture. We look at the body as a whole, take all symptoms into account and identify a pattern to be corrected in a preventive way. By treating the pattern, all the symptoms subside. I have fifteen years of acupuncture and Chinese herbal experience.

I also offer individualized holistic nutrition and functional medicine council. Needle-less methods are provided for those who are wary of needles. This makes acupuncture useful for people of all ages. Acupuncture is recommended for anyone at least quarterly to get the nervous system balancing effects to optimize homeostasis.
